RICWMA is a municipal joint action agency serving thirteen governments in Rock Island County, Illinois to assist and coordinate its members in solid waste management. The Villages/Cities of Andalusia, Carbon Cliff, Coal Valley, Cordova, East Moline, Hampton, Milan, Moline, Port Byron, Rapids City, Rock Island, and Silvis along with Rock Island County are members.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event

Rock Island County Waste Management Agency is excited to host a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event on August 31, 2024 at the Rock Island County Fair Grounds. This is an opportunity for Illinois residents to responsibly dispose of materials that cannot be disposed of with normal waste.
