- EV Rebate Program: The Illinois EV rebate application cycle on will close on April 30, 2025. The program is oversubscribed on applications for the current funding cycle. Low-income applicants are given priority for rebates and have until April 30, 2025 to submit applications. More information about the program is found on our EV Rebate webpage.
